These terms apply when you use varnienterprises.com or buy from us. They work together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

The seller is Varni Enterprises, Flat A/204, 2nd Floor, Jewel Residency, Katargam North Zone Office Road, near Gajera International School, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004, India.

1. Products

  • We photograph every piece in daylight, but colours can look slightly different on your screen. This is not a defect.
  • Hand embroidery, prints and mirror work can vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the craft, not a defect.
  • Sizes and measurements are given on each product page and in our Size Guide.
  • If an item sells out after you order, we tell you within 48 hours and refund you in full.

2. Prices

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
  • Delivery within India is free.
  • If we list a wrong price by mistake, we will tell you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Payment

Online payment (recommended)

Pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet at checkout. Prepaid orders are dispatched first and get the offers shown on our site, such as the FASTPAY discount code.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available within India, with these conditions:

  • WhatsApp confirmation: we message you to confirm your order and address. We dispatch only after you reply. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we cancel the order.
  • Please refuse a parcel only if it is visibly damaged. Every refused parcel costs us courier charges both ways.
  • If more than one COD parcel from the same customer is refused, we may offer only online payment on future orders.

4. Your order

  • Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation by email. For COD orders, it is accepted when you confirm on WhatsApp.
  • We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or the delivery details cannot be confirmed.
  • Cancellations, returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.

5. Discount codes and store credit

  • One discount code per order, unless the offer says otherwise. Codes cannot be added after an order is placed.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Reviews

Reviews on our site come from customers who bought from us. We do not pay for, write or edit reviews, and we do not hide negative ones unless they are abusive or contain someone's personal information.

7. Our content

Our photos, product descriptions, logo and designs belong to Varni Enterprises. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Liability

For any claim about an order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, natural disasters or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first: most problems are solved within a day on WhatsApp. If you are not satisfied, write to our Grievance Officer (see our Legal Notice). We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you place your order applies to that order.
