Shipping within India
We currently ship within India only.
- Free delivery on every order, anywhere in India.
- We dispatch within 2–3 business days of your payment, or of your WhatsApp confirmation for COD orders.
- Usual delivery time after dispatch: metro cities 3–5 business days, tier-2 and tier-3 cities 5–7, remote areas 7–10.
- You get the tracking link by WhatsApp and email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Cash on Delivery orders
- We send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and address before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we cancel the order.
- Full details are in our Terms of Service.
If a delivery goes wrong
- Wrong address: please check your address and phone number before you pay. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or wrong, re-shipping is charged at cost.
- Lost in transit: we raise it with the courier and send a replacement or a full refund. You do not have to wait for the courier's decision.
- Damaged parcel: see our Refund Policy and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
