Shipping policy

• India orders: Dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment
• International orders: Dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment
• Custom / made-to-order items: Production and dispatch timeline communicated at time of order

• India: 5–8 business days from dispatch
• International: 7–14 business days from dispatch via DHL Express or equivalent
• These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control

• A tracking number will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
• It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and be available to receive your delivery

• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges apply
• If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal of delivery, we will contact you — re-shipping charges are the customer's responsibility
• If a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund based on the outcome
